~Private yoga sessions & Workshops ($60 for each hour/class)
A great way to jump start your yoga practice! They are designed for your specific physical needs. Working one on one is a wonderful opportunity to deepen & personalize the issues & needs that you bring to the yoga mat. A home practice will also be developed to help your body feel the benefits of practicing yoga. If interested please contact me.

*My Class Descriptions/styles that I teach*:
~Hatha/Vinyasa Flow:
For students with some yoga experience. This flowing class, integrates the breath with movement, awareness with alignment & strength with flexibility. Sun salutations will be practiced along with various standing poses, backward & forward bends, balance poses & inversions.
~Gentle/Yin Flow:
This class is designed to help those individuals new to yoga or with specific aches, pains and chronic conditions in need of a gentler pace. We move slowly with the breath & even holding in a posture a bit longer to stretch deep into the connective tissues. As your physical body becomes stronger, so will your inner power. Suitable for all levels & especially for beginners.
~Mixed Flow:
This class is designed to accommodate a variety of experience levels in one class by offering modifications & props to make poses more or less challenging to build strength, increase flexibility & learn breath awareness.
~Workshops~

As an instructor I will provide modifications for beginners and more challenging variations for advanced practitioners. Accurate self assessment on your part is important. Treat yourself with kindness and compassion. Your practice will vary from day to day, that is the beauty of a daily practice. Yoga means union. Union of mind and body. Union of breath and movement. Nothing more, nothing less! Relax. Breathe. Watch. Feel. Allow. Enjoy the process.

* Dress in comfortable clothing (t-shirt/tank & elastic waist pants/shorts)
* Please take shoes off (it's best to practice barefoot)
* No perfume or body spray to consider others allergies.
* I do have a few mats, straps & blocks for you to use, if needed.(Please clean after use!)*
