What is Yoga? Yoga is not a religion.  Yoga means to join together the body and mind.  Here at YogaBella we take a non-dogmatic approach as we practice Hatha~Vinyasa Krama yoga, which is a steady building & flow of connected postures linked with the breath.  Yoga's strength lies within the ability to speak to all types of people, no matter what level of fitness they are.  All of our classes are designed to suit both the beginner and experienced practitioner.  We do this by providing an environment that is gentle and non-competitive, yet challenging.  Yoga is very beneficial and an individualized practice.

~Yoga is a form of exercise that strengthens your entire body, improves flexibility, develops balance, improves circulation, reduces stress and relieves back discomfort.  In yoga, the emphasis is on yourself!  You work at your own pace, sometimes being challenged, but staying within the range of your own intrinsic wisdom.  Sometimes pain can discourage us from stretching and moving the way we normally do, but restricting your movement will only compound the problem.  Contracting and relaxing the muscles with gentle postures relieves that pain.  Even 15 minutes of stretching a day will make a world of difference!

I am available for private classes/sessions either at your home, workplace, schools or resorts.(Each class is $60 for one hour)
